Meaningful Sex Therapy
Individuals and couples with concerns about sexuality and intimacy often have a desire to enhance communication skills, improve physical and emotional intimacy and address sexual dysfunction. Some barriers to this may be fear of intimacy, repeated destructive relationships and intimate partner violence. To bring about change I guide the therapy using the PLISSIT Sex Therapy Model as well as psychodynamic therapy, Four Quadrant Personality Model, natural emotions, cognitive-behavioral therapy and hypnoanalysis.
Sex therapy can help you feel more comfortable with the physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of your sexuality. Then you can better experience healthy interdependence as you share, give and take in your intimate relationships.
I am a Certified AASECT Sex Therapist.
“People do not recognize fully the development and importance of the sex drive and do not realize it is the physical body they have not taught.”
